So whether you want a chef to do all of the heavy lifting or just need some help with supplies for a gourmet dinner, you’ll find what you’re looking for. Its talented chefs also teach cooking classes on a regular basis, like the upcoming Cook Better, Live Better: Hearty Toscana on Tuesday, October 31st.
Before you head out to celebrate Halloween, come to La Scuola at Eataly from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. to learn why Tuscan food is beloved around the world—and how to make it in your own kitchen. You’ll get to taste-test some Tuscan dishes, help to craft your own, and then enjoy a three-course meal of Tuscan cuisine complete with wine pairings. At the end of the class, everyone leaves with menus, recipes, and wine-tasting tips. Registration is $100, which includes all of the food and drink.
