Workout With A View at 30 Dalton

30 Dalton’s design is based on the premise that happiness is a consequence of two essentials: opportunity and inspiration. And whether you’re a fitness fanatic or someone who dreads the treadmill, our gym will not only give you the rush that follows a workout, or the satisfying feeling of looking good in the mirror, but will motivate you to come back every week.

The luxury fitness area on the 26th floor is characteristic of our entire building. Our gym contains state of the art Technogym equipment (including run and skill mills, bike, recline, and synchro formas; free weights, pure strength and cable stations), it is the location that separates the 30 Dalton fitness area from a great gym and makes it something exceptional.

The view from the 26th floor overlooks the Back Bay neighborhood, the Charles River, and even gives you a view of Cambridge. You can get a bird’s eye view of the stunning architecture and famous buildings of Back Bay. You may even catch sight of a fly ball coming out of Fenway!

Back Bay is one of Boston’s premier neighborhoods. It has a captivating history, a bustling business district, and a sophisticated nightlife. Overlooking Back Bay from the 26th floor of 30 Dalton can make a person happy to think this is who I am and where I need to be.

Be it early morning while breaking a yoga sweat; or as you relieve a little mid-afternoon stress on a mill; or when you finish off a solid day by pushing yourself under some free weights; or the times you wake up in the middle of the night and need to get your head right by bouncing your fists off a heavy bag, our gym on the 26th floor is the perfect setting.

30 Dalton’s 26th floor fitness area has the equipment you need, a view you’ll love, and the right people for you to share them with.
