READ MOREFor an upscale Japanese dining experience you won’t soon forget, make a reservation at Zuma, the newest addition to the Four Seasons Hotel. Zuma is a global chain with only 14 locations in posh cities across the globe, with Boston being their most recent addition.
The best way to experience Zuma is with a group of friends. The dishes are served izakaya style, meaning to be shared. There’s something for everyone on the menu, with vegetarian options, sushi and steak dishes for the carnivores in the group. One unique dish you definitely won’t find at the other locations is the Ise ebi no oven yaki, a 1.5 pound Boston lobster topped with shiso ponzu butter. Everyone also loves the Sashimi moriawase, which is a large plate of five varieties of sashmi that’s perfect to start off your meal.
If you want to go all out, make sure you start with one of their unique signature cocktails and end with the dessert platter. For $20, and a minimum of two orders, the chef will hand-select exotic desserts and pair them with delightful sorbets, ice creams and fruit. A not-to-be-missed dining experience for sure!
